What exactly does the topographic survey cover?
The survey includes the measurement of planimetric and altimetric coordinates with a tolerance of ±2 mm on surfaces up to 500 m². It does not include geotechnical analysis of the subsoil or verification of existing installations not visible on the surface. Any additional requirements must be specified in writing before equipment mobilization.
Do the renders represent the final state of the work?
The visualizations are generated from the CAD plans approved during the preliminary design stage. They do not constitute a commitment regarding finishes, equipment brands, or actual lighting conditions. The client must validate each render against the project's technical specifications before using it as a contractual reference.
What is meant by "critical infrastructure" in our services?
We consider critical infrastructure to be spaces that house production, research, or data storage processes whose interruption affects the client's operational continuity. This includes classified laboratories, data centers, server rooms, and controlled manufacturing areas. It does not apply to administrative offices, common areas, or commercial facilities.
Do delivery deadlines include reviews?
The base schedule includes one review round per deliverable (plan, report, or render). Additional corrections or substantial changes to the original scope are billed separately and may extend the agreed deadline. Any modification must be requested by email and confirmed by both parties.
What regulations apply to the designs?
All projects are governed by the Argentine Construction Regulations (CIRSOC) and the corresponding IRAM standards for each typology. For laboratories, the ISO 14644 classification applies; for data centers, the TIA-942 standard. The client is responsible for reporting any additional local regulations that must be considered.
