Purpose of the Service

Petitamidesigns (hereinafter, "P.A. Designs") provides precision architecture, spatial planning, and critical infrastructure design services, including clean laboratories and data centers. Services are contracted exclusively between companies (B2B) and are formalized through a written agreement detailing the scope, deliverables, and deadlines.

The client declares that the data and information provided for the execution of the service are truthful and complete. Any omission or inaccuracy may affect the agreed results and deadlines.

Responsibilities of the Parties

P.A. Designs undertakes to execute the work with the diligence and technical level expected of a firm specialized in critical infrastructure. The deliverables (plans, renders, topographic reports) will conform to the agreed specifications and applicable regulations in Argentina.

The client is obliged to facilitate access to the facilities, provide the necessary technical documentation, and designate a valid point of contact for the duration of the project. Any change in scope must be communicated in writing and may involve adjustments to deadlines and financial conditions.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All documents, plans, digital models, and renders generated by P.A. Designs are the intellectual property of the firm, unless an express assignment is agreed upon in the contract. The client receives a usage license for the purposes intended in the project, without implying a transfer of copyright.

Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of the technical, commercial, and strategic information exchanged during the contractual relationship. This obligation will remain in effect for three years after the completion of the service.

Limitation of Liability

P.A. Designs shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or interruption of the client's activities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The firm's maximum liability in any claim shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

The client assumes responsibility for the use they make of the deliverables once received. P.A. Designs does not guarantee that the designs meet requirements not specified in the initial agreement.

Term and Termination

This terms of use agreement comes into effect when the client accepts these terms, either by signing a contract or by using the services offered on the petitamidesigns.com portal.

Either party may terminate the contractual relationship without penalty if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy such breach within fifteen business days of written notice.

Termination shall not affect the provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability, which shall remain in force as stipulated.

Modifications and Contact

P.A. Designs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website portal at least thirty days in advance. Continued use of the services after the modifications come into effect will imply acceptance of the new conditions.
